They call it an addiction. That may be true, but it's one of the best addictions to have!
90% of our first timers come back for multiple months.
Our Outdoor "Boot Camps "have been going strong in Smyrna since 2009. Our instructors have been teaching and coming up with creative workouts for 6+ years! We like to keep you guessing, so you will never see the same workout in our 4 week program. We make exercise fun by incorporating games, competition, partner workouts, and even scavenger hunts around town! We will push you further than you would push yourself, or past your "comfort zone".
We are an accountability-based program. Meaning, we expect you to be there and will be looking for you every single day. We have you pay prior to the start of a month, so that it forces you to come (even on those days that you'd rather be sitting on the couch). "I really regret that workout." -said No One. Ever. It's true! You will always feel better after a 45 minute session with us.
Some of us are early risers and like our workouts with the sunrise. Others need a few hours to wake up. Lucky for you, we have options for both!

If the FAQ's don't answer all of your questions, feel free to call Lisa for more details. The longer you wait, the further you’re getting from your goal. Those calories aren't burning themselves. Make the commitment to be healthy. We'll be your partner every step (or plank or squat thrust) of the way.

Q: Is there running involved?
A: Yep! We run at some point in every class. We strategically place the workouts so that you can safely build stamina and distance throughout the month. I spy a 5k in your future...
Q: I'm a beginner. Can I join?
A: It depends. A true beginner should not jump into an intense program. Injuries and frustration are likely to occur. If you are able to run 1 mile in under 13 minutes, and don't have any major medical issues, then you can join us! If not, try our studio classes first, along with a run-walk program to build stamina, and make outdoor training your goal!
Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Rain/Snow/Heat/Cold??
A: We're not afraid of a little rain! It can even feel refreshing in the warmer months. We are NOT, however, the type of program that makes you roll around in mud puddles. In the Winter, the AM group can utilize our indoor space, when needed. Temps under 32 degrees, or thunderstorms, we'll bring you inside. **The PM group is always outside. We have pavilions to give us a bit of shelter, if needed.
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Water and good sneakers. That's it! Hand-held water bottles for runners work best. We move around A LOT, so you don't want anything weighing you down.
